As Group Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Board, our regional committees and a talented leadership team to shape and deliver the next phase of our development. You will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across a complex, multi-site organisation, ensuring that we continue to deliver outstanding services for our clients while strengthening our commercial performance, organisational resilience and social impact.
You will be a visible and credible leader, capable of building strong relationships across government, local authorities, housing providers, supply chains and the wider construction and procurement sectors. You will understand how to balance commercial success with public purpose, recognising that our ability to create community benefit depends upon the strength and sustainability of the organisation itself.
We are seeking an individual who combines strategic vision with pragmatism, who can navigate complexity with confidence and who is motivated by collaboration, impact and long-term value. Above all, we are looking for a leader who will champion our purpose, support our people and help ensure that social value remains at the heart of everything we do.
